Boquete tree Trek Zip-Line

Los Quetzales Trail Hilke.

The Quetzale is one o most stunning birds of the most stunnung birds of the Panamanian Rainforest. Hike 6 hours though the clouds from the town of Cerro Punta ( 1 hour 15 minutes from Las Olas) across the Chiriqui Rainforest Reserve, La Amistad Park and end up in Boquete (1 hour from las Olas).

David City

25 minutes from Las Olas is David, capital of Province of Chiriqui (population of 150,000). Shop at Chiriqui Mall, gamble at several Casinos, visit the local Indian’s Market or just explores life in a Panamanian town.

Boquete Highland Village

1 hour from Las Olas, see the views of the Valley od the Rainbows, flowers in Mi Jardin (es tu Jardin), The International Flawer and Coffee Fair (flower and coffee expo), world-renowned coffee plantations and cefati ( visitors center).

Volcan Highland Village

1 hour from Las Olas visit The Little Switzerland of Panama, the de Monte Waterfall, an Indian graveyard Sitio Barriles, picnicking beside the Gariche River and see the Indian drawings near La Fuente River. Browse around the town of cerra Punta.

Mangrove Trail Ride
